During skin cancer screening, the entire skin is examined for conspicuous changes. The practice uses video dermoscopy with computer-assisted image analysis, so suspicious areas can be assessed under magnification and compared over time.

When is an examination advisable?
- You have many moles or moles with an irregular shape.
- You have fair skin or have often had sunburn – especially in childhood.
- Skin cancer has already occurred in your family or in yourself.
- You spend a lot of time outdoors or have regularly used sunbeds.
- Your immune system is weakened by an illness or medication.
- A spot is new, has changed or bleeds.
Important: If a skin change worries you, do not wait until your next routine check-up.

The practice is open exclusively to privately insured patients. Due to high demand, we are currently unable to offer appointments for patients with statutory health insurance or self-paying patients.
